About the Founder
With over 20 years in the events & entertainment industries, I’ve spent my career designing experiences that spark joy & meaningful connection — producing creative festival zones & VIP activations as well as enhancing thousands of live events through my company, Catalyst Arts.
The pandemic’s sudden halt gifted me time to explore the creative fields I’d been curious about for years. What started as a treasure hunt through online business, experiential marketing, & immersive media led me to experience design—a field that immediately felt like home.
I dove in headfirst: reading voraciously & joining the WXO (World Experience Organization) to collaborate with fellow X innovators. I deepened this study through experience strategy certification with Stone Mantel & training at the College of Extraordinary Experiences (at a castle in Poland) & crystallized my own frameworks into what became the X-Factor method.
Now based in California Wine Country, I bring it all together through X Factor Lab — helping businesses identify what makes them exceptional and craft experiences that genuinely stand out.
